so customers get an answer even when you're busy

We build bots with a clear conversation flow or a connected AI agent — for leads, FAQs and bookings. We work remotely for businesses across Armenia, Russia, Georgia and the wider CIS.

Is it worth it

When a bot solves the problem — and when it doesn't

A bot isn't the right fit for every task. Here's how to tell if it's yours.

A bot solves the problem if you have
  • The same questions coming up again and again from customers.
  • Leads arriving after hours that go cold without a quick reply.
  • A booking flow simple enough to fit a few buttons.
  • A need for first contact with a customer before a manager steps in.
Worth looking at something else if you have
  • A deal that needs a live conversation and a custom quote at every step.
  • Payments, delivery and order history to handle — that's closer to an online store.
  • Questions that call for legal or medical advice.
  • Customers who need an account with order history — that's a web app, not a bot.
What's included

What goes into building a bot

We build the bot from these pieces and adapt them to your task.

💬
Conversation flow
We map out what the bot asks, how it answers and where it leads next — built around your task, not a template.
📩
Lead capture
A customer leaves a request in the bot, and it lands with you straight away — nothing gets missed.
Answers to common questions
While you're busy, the bot handles the questions that come up most often.
📅
Booking
Customers pick a time or service in a couple of taps, no calls needed.
🔔
Team notifications
No request sits unseen in the bot — you hear about it right away.
🛡️
Spam and overload protection
Built-in limits keep the bot from choking on a flood of messages or spamming your team.
How it goes

How the build goes

We work remotely and reply within one business day.

We design the flow
We map out the dialogue and decide whether an AI agent is worth adding.
3
We build it
We put the bot together and connect it to Telegram and the services you need.
4
We test it on real messages
Looking for spots where the conversation could dead-end.
5
We launch and hand over
We explain how to make changes going forward.
Day-to-day

A bot, not an auto-reply that annoys people

A clear script and easy management matter as much as having a bot at all.

  • We build the dialogue around your actual customer questions, not a borrowed template.
  • The bot doesn't get stuck: if a question falls outside the script, it hands the conversation to you.
  • Managing the bot after launch doesn't mean touching code — text and logic changes are handled as regular support.
  • You see the whole script before launch — no surprises once it's live.

If the script needs to grow later, that's a normal update, not rebuilding the bot from scratch.

AI agent

A standard script or a bot with an AI agent

You don't always need AI — sometimes a button-driven script does the job. Here's when each option works better.

Leads, support, sales → OpenAI
  • These tasks need accuracy and predictability: a customer asks about price, timing or a service, and the answer has to be exact.
  • Good for lead capture with follow-up questions and first-line support.
  • Matters most when money and commitments to the customer are on the line.
Content and creative tasks → Anthropic
  • Here tone and a natural voice matter more than getting numbers exactly right.
  • Good for posts, descriptions, drafts and ideas for your team.
  • Works well as an internal assistant, not just a customer-facing one.

An AI agent isn't always worth adding. If customer questions are predictable and fit a handful of scenarios, a standard bot does just as well — and costs less.

Price and timeline

What affects the price and timeline

We can't quote numbers without a task — but here's what the estimate depends on.

  • How complex the script is — how many branches, questions and states the dialogue has.
  • Whether it needs an AI agent — that costs more and takes longer than a standard script.
  • Where requests need to go — just Telegram and email, or external services too.
  • How many languages the bot needs to speak.

The exact price comes after we discuss your task — free, no commitment.

FAQ

Questions about Telegram bots

How is a bot different from a contact form on the site?

A form just takes text. A bot can ask a follow-up question, answer a common question itself, and guide someone to a booking or a request.

Do I need an AI agent, or is a standard script enough?

If customer questions are similar each time, a standard script is enough. An AI agent makes sense once the questions genuinely vary, or when the task is creative.

Can I make changes to the bot myself after launch?

Not by editing code yourself — text and logic changes are handled as part of support after launch, and we agree on the format upfront.

What about customer data security?

The bot doesn't collect or store payment details — only the contact and the request itself, sent wherever you tell us.

Will the bot fully replace a manager?

No, and it shouldn't. The bot takes the routine off your plate — first contact and common questions — while decisions and negotiations stay with your team.

Can the bot connect to an existing site or CRM?

Usually yes, if the service has an API — we'll confirm once we know the task.

Let's talk bots

Ready to talk about a bot?

Tell us what questions the bot should handle and where requests should go — we'll propose a script and estimate the scope. We reply within one business day, no commitment.
