What a business website costs in Yerevan
and what actually makes up that number

A landing page on this market runs 250 000 ֏ to 330 000 ֏, a multi-page site 430 000 ֏ to 580 000 ֏. Here's where the spread comes from, which part of it you control, and what usually isn't included in the number you're quoted.

A one-page website in Yerevan costs roughly 250 000 ֏ to 330 000 ֏; a multi-page one, 430 000 ֏ to 580 000 ֏. These are the published rates of two local studios, checked in August 2026. You can verify them yourself in five minutes.

Where you land inside that range comes down to four things: how many pages and sections you need, whether you already have copy and photos, whether there's a catalogue with a cart, and how many languages the site has to work in.

The domain, the hosting and post-launch edits are usually not in the price. Better to settle that before you pay than after.

With us a landing page starts at 180 000 ֏, and you pay after launch rather than up front.

What you're paying for

A website isn't a file someone copies. It's hours. The first site on a ready foundation takes 20–25 hours of work; after that, on a routine we've already worked out, 10–14. Here's where they go.

Structure
Deciding what a visitor sees first, second and third, and at which point they have a reason to call you. This happens before any design, and it decides whether enquiries come in at all.
Copy
Someone has to write it. If you already have text, that part falls away and the price drops. If you don't, it's a job of its own: working out what you actually do, then saying it in your customer's words rather than yours.
Photos
Selecting and processing what you have. We don't shoot — that isn't our craft — but we can tell you which shots are missing.
Build
The page itself: markup, phone layouts, forms, WhatsApp and call buttons, analytics.
Launch
Domain, hosting, certificate, Search Console. All of it registered in your name.
Google Business Profile
We create it and fill it in: categories, hours, description, photos. Without it you're hard to find in local search.

The hours don't split evenly. Most of them go into the first two items — into everything that happens before a single picture exists.

Where the range comes from

The numbers above aren't our guess at someone else's work. They're the published price lists of two Yerevan studios, checked in August 2026. Both show their rates openly; you'll find them searching for website development in Yerevan.

There are more studios in the city, and some publish nothing at all. So this isn't a market average. It's something to stand on when you're quoted a number and can't tell whether it's a lot or a little.

What isn't in the price and surfaces later

This isn't a trick or an attempt to cheat you. These things simply never come up at the start, and the bill for them arrives later.

The domain
A web address is rented, not bought, and renewed once a year. What matters isn't the price but whose name it's in. If it's in the contractor's, the domain isn't yours — and you've probably never thought about it. While things go well, it doesn't matter. It starts to matter the day you decide to change contractors.
Hosting
Where the site physically lives. Paid monthly or yearly. The first year is sometimes included in the build; after that it isn't.
Post-launch edits
Changing a price, adding a photo, updating opening hours. Some include a month of it, some include none. Ask before, not when you need it.
Maintenance
A site can go down, a domain can expire, a form can quietly stop sending mail — and you'll hear about it from a customer. For us that's a separate service at 20 000 ֏ a month: domain, hosting, text and photo edits, uptime monitoring, keeping the Google profile current. Month to month, no annual contract.
Google Business Profile
The site and the profile are two different things. The profile brings someone in from search and maps; the site convinces them to call. Some contractors set it up, some don't — worth asking separately.

How shared hosting, a VPS and a dedicated server differ — we covered that in a separate article.

Four questions worth asking any contractor before you pay: whose name the domain goes in, who pays for hosting from the second year, how many edits are included and for how long, and what happens if you want to leave for someone else. The last one is the most awkward and the most important.

What it costs with us

WhatPrice
Setting up what you already have: analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp auto-replyfrom 25 000 ֏
One-page websitefrom 180 000 ֏
Telegram botfrom 90 000 ֏
Ongoing maintenance20 000 ֏ per month

We name the exact figure once we've looked at the task. That costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

You pay after launch. Not a deposit, not a retainer: first the site is finished and working, then the money. Don't like it — don't pay, and the site stays with us. We can afford that because we don't live off turnover, and it's the one honest advantage we have right now.

First three clients — 90 000 ֏ instead of 180 000 ֏. It isn't a discount. It's a different way of settling up: you make up the difference with what we don't have yet. A review with your name on it, and permission to publish your project as a case study — with numbers, if there's anything to measure. Once three are in, the offer ends: it exists precisely because we have no local cases, and without those nobody picks us.

A site takes about two weeks. Not one: promising seven days would mean agreeing in advance to miss the deadline.

The other packages — multi-page sites, stores, web apps — are on the pricing page. You can see what the result looks like in our examples. Or write to us directly — contacts are here.

FAQ

Questions about price

Why can't you name an exact price straight away?

The range is right here on this page — that much can be named. The exact figure depends on scope, how ready your materials are and what the site has to do; all of that comes out in one conversation. Anyone who names a sum without asking anything is naming it at random.

How much of my time will this take?

An hour or so at the start: telling us what you do and who your customers are. After that, sending photos and looking at what's ready. We write the copy, but you'll have to read it — nobody else can check the facts.

What if I don't like the result?

Then you don't pay and the site stays with us. That's the point of paying after launch: the risk sits on our side.

What happens to the site a year from now?

The domain and hosting need renewing, the text and prices need updating. You can do it yourself through the admin panel, or hand it to us for 20 000 ֏ a month. What matters more: the site is yours either way — you can leave whenever you like and take all of it with you.

Could I do it cheaper on Tilda or Wix?

Yes, and for a simple calling card that's often enough — we won't pretend otherwise. Just count the subscription over a couple of years, not the one-off price. And two limits: on basic plans you can't insert your own code, so not even analytics, and the site stays inside the platform — you can't take it with you.
